The Mojito is a refreshing Cuban cocktail perfect for summertime. Great for a backyard cookout, and just right for sitting out on a bar's patio and enjoying with friends. Here I show how to make the original Mojito. There are a lot of fun flavored variations, such as a Raspberry, Peach, Blueberry, and countless other Mojitos. The ingredients you'll need are:
6-8 fresh mint leaves
1-2 cubes of sugar - or just use 2-3 sugar packets or their equivalent
3 slices of lime
1 1/2 oz. Rum - use a white rum like Bacardi - not a spiced rum or dark rum.
Seltzer Water - aka Soda Water or Charged Water
